Damages and Issues

We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or return instructions, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the natural and unique characteristics of crystals and minerals, small variations in color, pattern, size, texture, inclusions, natural cracks, or surface marks are normal and are not considered defects.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your exchange request is approved, we will provide further instructions by email.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will let you know whether a refund or replacement will be arranged. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
